AIDS Fund depends on a diverse group of Sponsors to help mount our events. Our Sponsors include large corporations, foundations, local businesses, and community organizations. Our Sponsors are leaders in our community and play an instrumental part in the success of AIDS Walk/Run Philly.

AIDS Walk Philly and AIDS Run Philly are the Philadelphia Region's largest annual HIV/AIDS public awareness and fundraising events, attracting approximately 12,000 participants and volunteers. AIDS Walk Philly generates tens of thousands of media impressions in our highly visible media and marketing campaign. Our Sponsors are featured on bus shelter posters, online and newspaper ads, radio PSAs, television features, billboards, and on all our direct mail and email campaigns.

By becoming an AIDS Walk Philly Sponsor, you are making a significant contribution to the fight against HIV/AIDS in our region. The AIDS Walk Philly staff will work closely with you to create a sponsorship package that suits your individual goals.

Donate a Product or Service

AIDS Fund relies heavily on product and service donations to keep our operating costs down, ensuring that we are able to maximize our fundraising dollars for HIV/AIDS services. AIDS Fund is able to offer a variety of marketing and promotional benefits to our in-kind Sponsors.

Do you have a product or service that you would like to donate? AIDS Fund will consider any and all donations but we are specifically in need of:

Bottled water
Snacks, fruit, or other bottled beverages
Promotional or sample items
T-shirts and other apparel
Printing and/or graphic design services
Trucks, moving vans, buses or other driving services
Gift certificates, theatre or concert tickets, and other prizes for giveaways
Entertainers

AIDS Fund's mission is to educate about, and increase public awareness of, HIV/AIDS and to provide emergency financial assistance to people living with HIV disease and organizations providing HIV services in our communities.
