How to Participate
There are lots of ways to participate in AIDS Walk Philly!
12K Walker
The Walk route goes down Kelly Drive, across the Falls Bridge, and back up MLK Drive. We encourage walkers to raise a minimum of $50, but everyone is welcome to participate.
5K Runner
Our 5K route is USATF certified! All runners are required to raise a minimum of $50, but are encouraged to get sponsors and raise even more.
Volunteer
AIDS Walk Run Philly requires hundreds of volunteers to make the day safe and successful. Visit our volunteer page for information about volunteer jobs. Many volunteers choose to fundraise as well as volunteer!
Virtual Walker
Can't be there? You can still register, fundraise, and even join a team as a Virtual Walker!
Teams can be made of any combination of walkers, runners, volunteers, and virtual walkers.
Make sure you know your team number! For more information about joining a team, visit our Team Information page, or email us at teams@aidswalkphilly.org.Step 1.
Register online or by phone!Even if you have participated in the past, you will need to register again for this year's Walk and Run. Should you have any trouble registering online, give us a call at 215-731-WALK (9255)!
Step 2.
Update your Personal Fundraising PageLogin to your Action Center, and update your profile picture, personal message, and fundraising goal. This is the information that your friends and family will see when they visit your page.
Step 3.
Start fundraising!Download a sponsor form here [LINK], write an email to friends, post on your Facebook wall. Every dollar counts! Make sure you check out our Fundraising Tips for lots of helpful ideas.
